Join us outside Parliament on Second Reading

We will gather alongside our coalition partners at Humanists UK to show that this movement will not be silenced by delay.

On Friday 11 September, MPs will vote on the Assisted Dying Bill at Second Reading. This is one of the most important moments our campaign has faced. After months of delay, Parliament has another opportunity to move this legislation forward and give terminally ill people the choice they have been asking for. We need MPs arriving to vote to see that this issue has not gone away. Behind every vote are real people, real families and real experiences of unnecessary suffering.

Join us outside Parliament from 9am to stand alongside terminally ill people, bereaved families, healthcare professionals and supporters from across the country. The morning will be the focus of our activity, with media attending and campaigners sharing why this vote matters so much. Whether you’ve campaigned with us before or this is your first event, we’d love you to be there. Together, we can show Parliament that this movement is growing, because the need for a compassionate assisted dying law is only growing too.
